the next best thing...?

Because I am a little crazy, I again want to do NaNoWriMo. (Can't believe it's that time of year again already.)

However, because I know it’s probably not happening next month, I have decided instead (though I am not yet ruling out "in addition") to do this:
It's called NaBloPoMo. Check it out.

I am hoping that when the fates/Murphies (those of the Law, you know) hear that I am planning this, they will say: Ha! Now we’ll come through with that job and she’ll have to move next month and things will be nuts! Muahahahaha!

Which would be A-OKAY with me. (Yes, my husband has applied for a job – a job with something novel known as… benefits? yes, I think that’s the word. And we would move. To another state, even, but to a smaller but not too small city that I think we would like a lot. And I am hopinghopinghoping – prayers please, small animal sacrifices, whatever. Even though it would mean we would have to move quite soon, like next month. But that’s okay, we just need to hear either way by next Friday ohpleaseohpleaseohplease. Now you are all caught up… more or less.) And I will still be posting, so there.

Also, the prize (drawn at random) is a custom designed banner (and other hosting stuff I do not understand) by Verymom – who now lives at kerflop.com. And that is DEFINITELY worth posting every day. (And would give me an excuse to actually maybe switch over to Wordpress, which I have been considering. We shall see.)

motivation

Well if it gets you posting more than I am all for it. ;) Glad to see you are back.

I am still keeping my fingers crossed on the job.

I had not heard of this... thanks for bringing it to my attention. It could be fun to post something every day in November. hhhmmm... I'll have to think about that one.

I am hoping that your husband gets the job he wants BUT of course I selfishly don't want you to move away. If you do move at least I'll be able to spam your blog. It's just not the same as scrapbooking every month together, is it? ;-)
